You have three options

Can you know your own future? Of course not. There’s tremendous uncertainty about the future of the world and about your own future as well. Unfortunately, this leaves us with only three options. One, we can delude ourselves into having certainty, for instance, by joining a political or religious cult. Two, we can worry all the time about everything that’s uncertain. Or three, we can try to have equinimity and acceptance about the deep uncertainty in everything. I recommend the third option. Subscribe for one
